Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at KaShe Jewles. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping

Shipment  Charges & processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days except for the customised orders or pre-orders or as communicated during the order placement. Orders may not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Any dispute with respect to delivery (Marked as delivered but not received, Missing item in packet, incorrect items, empty packet) should be brought to our knowledge within 72 hours of delivery via Whatsapp message on 9667576098. Post 72 hours the parcel will be assumed to be received by the rightful owner and no further dispute for the above mentioned cases shall be entertained. The decision by Kashe Jewels in this regards will be deemed as final.  

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

We offer free shipping Pan India for order above INR 999. Orders below INR999 attract a shipping charge of Rs 50. In most cases delivery to over 95% pincodes occur within 6-7 business days, but this may get delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible and in case we are not able to deliver this within 45 days, we will issue a refund for your order.

We do not offer Cash on Delivery or COD.

 

Logistics Partner 

We have tie-up with all leading logistics partners viz Delhivery, DTDC, Fedex, Bluedart, Aramex. The carrier is chosen basis the availability, pricing and serviceability in the required pincode. For remote locations not covered by private couriers or locations with certain restrictions, we use Indian Postal Services (for domestic shipments).

For International shipments, the shipping will be chargeable and rates vary depending on the country (generally between ₹ 900 to ₹ 3000). The respective rates will be communicated while placing order for the same. Please contact support at +91 9667576098  before placing orders to be delivered on international addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

All domestic orders are tax paid and no additional tax is to be paid by the customer. However, for International orders, Kashe Jewels will not be responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of the customer (import duties, brokerages, tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Please refer to the Exchange and return policy for the same.

 

Note to the Customer:

  • In case of incomplete or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, an RTO is initiated by the courier company. When the parcel is returned to us, we shall re-dispatch but the RTO cost is the responsibility of the customer and to be borne by them. 
  • Our parcels are sent in a secured packaging. Kindly do not accept the parcel if it has been tampered with. In such cases, reject the parcel and mention it clearly in the delivery signing sheet so we can investigate and raise a ticket with the courier partner if needed. If the delivery is accepted, it is assumed that it has arrived in a sealed and secured manner. Papeeha will not be liable for any missing / stolen items in such cases. 
  • For multiple items in an order, we pack them in a fitted manner in the right sized boxes. If you need them to be separately packed, do contact us. Minimal charges may be applicable in such cases which the customer can pay separately. 
  • Please place separate orders for separate delivery addresses.
